<p>Rockland Federal Credit Union is seeking a Card Operations Manager to lead card operations and deliver a seamless, secure, and high-quality member experience across all payment channels.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Lead daily card operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and strong service delivery </li><li>Supervise and develop team members through coaching, training, and performance management </li><li>Act as escalation point for complex operational, member, and vendor issues </li><li>Support and enhance debit, credit, ATM, and digital payment solutions </li><li>Monitor performance, analyze trends, and provide insights to leadership </li><li>Ensure compliance with regulations, network rules, and internal policies </li><li>Manage vendor relationships and support implementation of new technologies </li><li>Partner cross-functionally to improve operations and member experience </li><li>Identify and implement process improvements and efficiencies </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred </li><li>5-7 years of experience in card operations, payments, or financial services </li><li>2+ years of leadership experience </li><li>Strong knowledge of card processing, disputes, fraud prevention, and Regulation E </li><li>Experience working with vendors and payment technologies </li><li>Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills </li></ul> <p>Benefits</p> <p>RFCU offers a comprehensive benefits package, including Cigna medical benefits, dental benefits, vision benefits, a 401(k) plan with company match and profit-sharing potential, flexible health and dependent care plans, and life, AD&D, and LTD insurance. If you're hired at Rockland Federal Credit Union, your final base pay will be determined based on factors such as skills, education, and experience.
