We continually strive to be valued by our carriers, admired by our competitors, preferred by our customers, and respected by our communities.</p> <p>Roles and Responsibilities:</p> <p>Deliver key sales & compliance information to a team of District Managers in order to coach newly acquired AT&T locations to appropriately increase sales and customer satisfaction, to uphold AT&T regulations, plan and enforce training, leadership development, coaching, running sales strategies, and partnering with AT&T to utilize resources to drive sales.</p> <p>Compensation:</p> <ul> <li>$75,000-$100,000 base plus bonuses </li></ul> <p>Primary Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Communicate with Executive team daily/weekly reporting sales goal achievement, trends, and opportunities.</p> </li><li> <p>Lead and execute plans for recruiting, operations, sales, and all Alliance Mobile initiatives.</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain positive communication with AT&T representatives during and after Road Runner acquisition time periods.</p> </li><li> <p>Assemble and Lead Strategic Wireless Action Team (SWAT)</p> </li><li> <p>Set strategic targets for assigned locations to continue growth and development of team members.</p> </li><li> <p>Reconcile expenses associated with Alliance expansion and growth.</p> </li><li> <p>Attend and prepare for quarterly DM Wrap up meetings at Corporate location.</p> </li><li> <p>Knowledge of backend systems and/or where to obtain such information</p> </li><li> <p>Make daily field visits to ensure compliance & operational standards</p> </li><li> <p>Review market operations & create coaching plans that improves efficiency</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain company culture and motivate management staff</p> </li><li> <p>Conducting brainstorming/training sessions internally</p> </li><li> <p>Interview, Hire, assist in training of new or promoted District Mangers</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain proper scheduling, overtime, and other policies for each District</p> </li><li> <p>Improve and maintain payroll and sales to achieve profitability</p> </li><li> <p>Setting up assigned whitespace locations, relocations, acquisitions, and turnovers</p> </li><li> <p>Travel to markets with overnight stays to address any market issues or needs</p> </li><li> <p>Track hours, miles, expenses, and store visits through company issued software</p> </li></ul> <p>Requirements:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Minimum 5-years management experience</p> </li><li> <p>Good communication and interpersonal skills</p> </li><li> <p>Strong knowledge of Microsoft applications</p> </li><li> <p>Excellent organization skills</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to lift upwards of 50 pounds when necessary</p> </li><li> <p>Use of personal vehicle for daily use driving upwards of 100 miles per day</p> </li><li> <p>Travel requirement upwards of 50-75% per week</p> </li><li> <p>Work 45-50 hours a week, Monday through Saturday, occasional Sundays</p> </li></ul> <p>This does not include ALL responsibilities; this is just a simple breakdown.
