<p>Kforce has a client that is seeking a Project Manager in North Haven, CT.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Serve as technical lead on major bridge design, rehabilitation, and inspection projects </li><li>Lead and provide oversight of structural analysis, load ratings, plan production, and specifications </li><li>Guide the development and QA/QC of engineering deliverables to meet client and regulatory expectations </li><li>Interface directly with DOTs, municipalities, contractors, and other stakeholders </li><li>Lead proposal development, project scoping, scheduling, and budgeting </li><li>Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior and mid-level engineers </li><li>Oversee field investigations, structural evaluations, and forensic assessments </li><li>Stay current on industry standards, including AASHTO LRFD, AREMA, and emerging innovations in bridge design and construction* Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering required, (Master's preferred) </li><li>Professional Engineer (PE) license required; SE license a plus </li><li>10+ years of bridge design experience, preferably on DOT or public infrastructure projects, including at least 3 years in a project management role </li><li>Proven experience managing DOT and municipal infrastructure projects </li><li>Proficient with project management tools and structural design software (e.g., CSiBridge, MIDAS, LARSA 4D, SAP2000) and drafting tools (AutoCAD, MicroStation) </li><li>In-depth knowledge of structural systems, materials, and construction practices </li><li>Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills </li><li>Experience in FEA and complex analysis a plus </li></ul>
