As an Assembler , you will play a crucial role in assembling electronic components for high-stakes aerospace and defense applications. Your expertise will ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability. Responsibilities Key Responsibilities: Perform SMT and through-hole hand soldering operations under a microscope in compliance with Mil-Specs, IPC-A-610, IPC/WHMA-A-620, and J-STD-001 Class 3 standards Carry out mechanical assembly operations using standard hand tools, torque drivers, and best practices to assemble electronic components and systems Inspect and verify solder joints, assemblies, and wire terminations to meet quality and workmanship standards; perform rework as needed Follow ESD procedures and maintain proper handling of sensitive electronic components Ensure organization, cleanliness, and safety of workbench and surrounding manufacturing areas Adhere to build documentation, engineering drawings, and assembly instructions throughout the process Collaborate with team members and support cross-functional efforts to meet production goals and timelines Perform other duties and responsibilities as required Qualifications Minimum Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. 2 years of experience working as an electronic assembler. Ability to interpret and follow instructions from process sheets, blueprints, routing cards, and technical drawings, including ECOs, parts lists, and PRNs. This position requires access to technology, materials, software or hardware that is controlled by US export laws. In order to be eligible for this position, you must be a "US Person" under US export laws (or eligible for approval under a U.S. Government export license). Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance. Preferred Qualifications Proven experience in hand soldering SMT and through-hole components under a microscope Familiarity with IPC-A-610, IPC/WHMA-A-620, J-STD-001, and Mil-Spec requirements Strong attention to detail and ability to consistently follow written and verbal instructions Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment with a focus on quality and efficiency Good communication skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team Hourly Range: Assembler II: $18.52 - $25.95; Assembler III: $20.41 - $29.62 (Lansdale, PA). Applicable pay within the posted range may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographical location, job function of the position, education, and experience of the successful candidate.
