Our Maintenance team plans general repair work on property, performs routine maintenance on building systems, cleans and assists with overall upkeep of entire property. Must have strong understanding of basic electrical work, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, and refrigeration. Must have a valid driver's license, safe driving record, and meet company insurance requirements. Able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with persons of diverse backgrounds. Must be able to climb and work from a ladder. Ability to lift 75 lbs.</p>
