Apply today and take the first step toward becoming part of a company that values hard work and dedication!</p> <p>Shift Options:</p> <ul> <li>1st Shift: Monday - Thursday, 5:30 AM - 4:00 PM, $19/hr </li><li>3rd Shift: Sunday - Wednesday, 7:00 PM - 5:30 AM, $19.60/hr </li></ul> <p>As a General Labor Associate, you'll be responsible for following safety protocols and actively identifying any safety concerns. You'll perform general foundry operations, including molding, iron-pour, muller, break-off, and brinell (excluding furnace operation and quality inspection). You'll inspect products and molds for defects, separate scrap, and notify supervisors of any issues.</p> <p>Essential Duties:</p> <ul> <li>Inspect products to meet established standards and follow work instructions </li><li>Complete required documentation accurately </li><li>Maintain and follow process sheets </li><li>Sort acceptable castings into proper tubs and separate scrap castings </li><li>Tag products for identification </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Ability to read and follow quality processes/work instructions </li><li>Must adhere to all safety rules and wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) </li><li>Complete at least one week of on-the-job training with a certified operator </li><li>Must be certified as a tow motor operator </li><li>Knowledge of safety, quality, QPS, and OSHA procedures </li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make quick, safe decisions </li><li>High School Diploma or GED required </li></ul> <p>Benefits</p> <p>Our partner company offers an excellent benefits package that will be shared upon hire.</p> <p>Interested?
