<p>We are looking for</p> <p>A Supplier Quality Manager for specification items at our Haifa site, within the Aerospace division</p> <p>Join a leading quality team in one of the world's foremost defense organizations, where you will have a direct impact on the quality of critical products and lead improvement processes with top industry suppliers</p> <p>In this role you will</p> <p>Manage and control supplier quality for mechanical and electronic specification items</p> <p>Conduct periodic quality audits at supplier sites and lead continuous improvement processes</p> <p>Analyze quality findings, generate statistical reports and define corrective action plans</p> <p>Support development processes within the company and lead FAI processes with suppliers</p> <p>Support onboarding and qualification of new suppliers</p> <p>Collaborate with engineering, procurement and manufacturing teams to resolve quality issues</p> <p>Define quality requirements for suppliers and implement standards and specifications</p> <p>Requirements</p> <p>B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering & Management or Materials Engineering</p> <p>Lead Auditor certification - advantage</p> <p>3+ years of experience in quality within the defense or aerospace industry</p> <p>Experience working with suppliers - advantage</p> <p>Familiarity with AS9100, ISO 9001 quality standards and experience with FAI processes</p> <p>Experience working with ERP and PLM systems - advantage</p> <p>High level of English proficiency</p> <p>Proficiency in MS Office applications</p> <p>Willingness to travel to supplier sites in Israel and abroad</p> <p>Strong analytical skills, excellent interpersonal communication and ability to lead processes</p> <p>Only relevant applications will be answered*</p> <p>#Haifa</p>
