Partner with senior leadership, global HR teams and IT, ensuring that reporting and analytics initiatives provide actionable insights that meet the needs of a complex, fast-paced retail environment. Lead the roadmap, governance, organizational change and prioritization efforts across analytics initiatives in collaboration with IT and the business.</p> <p>Major Areas of Responsibility</p> <ul> <li>Design, develop, and maintain complex reports and dashboards in Workday, including Discovery Boards and Prism Analytics reports. Build and maintain supplemental advanced data visualizations and analytical frameworks with Power BI. </li><li>Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for applying Workday Reporting and Prism capabilities to uncover insights and drive business outcomes and integrate into other system resources. Stay up to date on new features and functionalities, driving innovative approaches and ensuring robust utilization of system capabilities. </li><li>Collaborate globally with all functions across HR to understand business requirements, recommend approaches and translate needs into effective reporting and strategic analytic solutions. </li><li>Provide thought leadership to senior executives, influencing decision-making by delivering actionable insights and data-driven recommendations including synthesizing data from multiple sources and crafting digestible stories with data. </li><li>Monitor, analyze, and develop key HR metrics and workforce trends, including, turnover, retention, engagement, diversity, and productivity providing actionable insights to drive business outcomes. </li><li>Lead and optimize Workday Prism data models, ensuring accurate and efficient integration of external data sources and other TJX systems. </li><li>Proactively identify opportunities to improve reporting processes, automation capabilities, and streamline workflows for improved efficiency and ease-of-use. </li><li>Ensure compliance with data privacy and security policies while leading sensitive employee information. </li><li>Support the development of data literacy within HR and the broader organization, evangelizing the adoption of data-driven approaches to talent management and workforce planning and training HR partners and analysts in using Workday Reporting and Prism tools effectively. </li></ul> <p>Who We Are Looking For: You.</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Economics, Social Sciences, Business or another quantitative field. Master's degree preferred. </li><li>5+ years of experience in Workday reporting, analytics, or HR technology roles, with a focus on Prism Analytics development (3+ years at SME capacity). </li><li>A proven record of delivering actionable business insights and reporting using Workday. </li><li>Advanced proficiency in Workday and Prism reporting tools, including Matrix, Composite, Advanced, and Calculated Fields and Discovery Boards. </li><li>Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and external data integration into Workday Prism. </li><li>Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to interpret complex data sets, build actionable insights, and present findings clearly. </li><li>Meticulous, strong project management and organizational skills and comfortable working in an Agile, fast-paced environment, prioritizing and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. </li><li>Cross-functional team leadership including excellent communication skills and influence and collaborate across a broad array of internal and external partners including geographically distributed teams. </li><li>Proven record of leading people analytics initiatives using Workday and Prism in a large, complex organization, preferably in a global retail environment. </li><li>Curious, initiative-taking problem solver; always asks why and strives until the answer is clear. </li><li>A strategic approach, with the ability to anticipate future workforce needs and proactively develop plans to address them. </li><li>Familiarity with global HR policies, practices, and compliance regulations is a plus. </li></ul> <p>Benefits include Associate discount; 401(k) match; medical/dental/vision; HSA; health care FSA; life insurance; short/long-term disability; paid holidays/vacation /sick/bereavement/parental leave; EAP; incentive programs for management; auto/home insurance discounts; tuition reimbursement; scholarship program; adoption/surrogacy assistance; smoking cessation; child care/cell phone discounts; pet/legal insurance; credit union; referral bonuses. Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
