You drive the amazing message of our Foundation and how our teams and customer are making life changing impact in our projects around the world.</p> <p>You bring your commercial eye to the store, spot trade opportunities, support your team to excel and feel pride at enabling team promotions around you.</p> <p>The Area Visual Merchandiser is responsible for supporting District and State Visual Merchandisers as well as store teams to bring our brand vision to life within their region. You will lead the execution of visual merchandising initiatives that engage and inspire our edit customer, ensuring consistent and impactful shopping experiences that drive commercial success. By maintaining Brand DNA and amplifying visual storytelling, you will create a cohesive in-store environment for our customers. Through leadership, coaching, and collaboration, you will empower store teams to confidently deliver visual excellence, building a culture of creativity, commercial agility, and ownership in visual presentation.</p> <p>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES</p> <p>Visual Merchandising Excellence</p> <ul> <li>Lead the execution of brand VM direction across the area, ensuring alignment with national directives and showcasing newness in every shop. </li><li>Oversee and support Store Teams in executing visual standards that amplify the big idea and key outfits, enhancing brand identity and commercial performance. </li><li>Drive consistency in visual merchandising across all shops, ensuring clear sight-lines to hero products and key outfit storytelling. </li><li>Influence and support store teams to create impactful shopping experiences that drive traffic and convert customers in-store. </li><li>Partner with District & State Field Visual Merchandising Manager to deliver visual merchandising plans that maximise customer engagement and commercial impact. </li><li>Support the team to set priorities based on operating rhythm expectations and business needs, ensuring a structured and effective approach to visual execution. </li></ul> <p>Brand & Customer Experience</p> <ul> <li>Champion and protect brand DNA and identity, ensuring consistent visual execution across all stores. </li><li>Amplify in-store experiences by ensuring the big idea is clearly presented and storytelling is engaging and impactful. </li><li>Ensure creative elements, POS, and fixture flow contribute to a seamless and engaging customer journey. </li><li>Drive visual merchandising initiatives that enhance customer engagement, increase ATV, and boost conversion rates. </li><li>Ensure shops connect through cohesive storytelling, clear sight-lines, and impactful visual touchpoints. </li><li>Maintain safety standards by ensuring all visual displays are secure and customer pathways are clear. </li></ul> <p>Commercial & Operational Excellence</p> <ul> <li>Utilize data and insights to make informed visual merchandising decisions that build the customer basket and drive ATV and multi through effective brand VM principles. </li><li>Analyze area sales performance and adjust visual actions to optimise product placement, fixture flow, and category performance. </li><li>Ensure VM initiatives effectively support trade actions, including seasonal launches, markdowns, and promotional events, while maintaining brand vm guidelines. </li><li>Maintain competitive awareness to showcase news, keep key looks fresh, and sets us apart from others. </li><li>Collaborate with the District Visual Manager and State Field VM Manager to adapt and localise visual actions based on region-specific needs and sales performance. </li></ul> <p>Coaching & Team Development</p> <ul> <li>Lead, coach, and develop Store Teams [indirect reports], ensuring they confidently implement the big idea and amplify key outfits in every shop. </li><li>Provide regular coaching, training, and feedback to store teams to build visual merchandising capability and maintain high brand standards. </li><li>Drive ownership and pride in visual presentation by encouraging initiative within the framework. </li><li>Drive team engagement by recognising high performance and providing continuous learning opportunities. </li></ul> <p>DESIRED KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE AND KEY SKILLS</p> <ul> <li>Visual Merchandising Capability: Extensive experience in visual merchandising leadership within a multi-store retail environment. </li><li>Commercial Acumen & Business Awareness: Strong understanding of how visual merchandising drives sales performance and enhances customer experience. </li><li>Leadership & People Development: Proven ability to coach and develop teams to achieve high standards of visual execution. </li><li>Customer & Brand Focus: Passionate about delivering engaging customer experiences and maintaining a strong brand presence. </li><li>Collaboration & Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships with cross-functional partners, store teams, and leadership. </li><li>Time Management & Multi-tasking: Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritise effectively, and work efficiently across multiple locations. </li><li>Problem-solving & Adaptability: Ability to adapt strategies to meet the evolving needs of stores and the business </li></ul> <p>THE BENEFITS:</p> <ul> <li>50% Team Member discount for all Brands/Products </li><li>Competitive Pay </li><li>Wellness Support 24/7 </li><li>Performance & Peak incentives to reward & recognise our team </li><li>Great benefits for YOU & your family -
