We are looking for a highly organized, professional, and proactive High School Office Manager to lead our administrative operations. You aren't just an "assistant"-you are the Chief of Staff for the building, the primary face of the school for families, and the operational engine that ensures our teachers can teach and our scholars can learn.</p> <p>Role Summary</p> <p>As the High School Office Manager (Level 3), you will coordinate and supervise the daily administrative and clerical operations of a comprehensive high school. Working in a high-traffic environment, you will manage school budgets/bookkeeping, coordinate building schedules, oversee office staff, and serve as the confidential liaison to the Building Principal. You will work collaboratively with the district office, staff, and the community to ensure a positive, professional, and welcoming environment for all stakeholders.</p> <p>Why You'll Succeed (Qualifications)</p> <ul> <li>Proven Mastery: 3-5 years of successful experience as a Secretary or Administrative Assistant is required.
