We provide an ever-expanding body of knowledge to give brands, old and new, the tools to leverage their heritage and innovate for the future.</p> <p>Agency capabilities include website development, CRM, brand and business strategy, data science and analytics, media planning, media buying, performance media, experiential/lifestyle marketing, public relations, influencer programs, social media, design, customer research, and full-service multimedia video production.</p> <p>Overview</p> <p>Reporting to Associate Director, Creative Management & Recruiting</p> <p>This Creative Operations Associate acts in partnership with Associate Director, Creative Management & Recruiting to proactively manage creative operations, resourcing and recruiting. Positively represents the creative department and Team One in a multitude of interactions and communications across teams, departments and the advertising community at large.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li> <p>Manages the creative onboarding process for new hires, freelancers and interns (i.e. request needed software, access to MonkeySee, Monotype, set up LionBox folders, etc.)</p> </li><li> <p>Manages creative resourcing for the Social, Design and .COM teams. Work alongside CD team leads to assign creative resources to incoming requests</p> </li><li> <p>Supports Associate Director, Creative Management & Recruiting when out of the office on creative resource requests, learning skills and expertise of the creative department</p> </li><li> <p>Supports Associate Director, Creative Management & Recruiting with recruiting (reaching out to candidates, scheduling interviews with Creative Leads, reviewing portfolios)</p> </li><li> <p>Proactively build bench of potential candidates for Social, Design and .COM teams to have at the ready when roles open</p> </li><li> <p>Supports Associate Director, Creative Management & Recruiting with hosting our yearly One Club Creative Bootcamp</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li> <p>Anticipates problems, issues, conflicts and proactively manages them; stays one step ahead</p> </li><li> <p>The partnering kind, knows how to work comfortably with senior level creatives</p> </li><li> <p>Someone who has high EQ; has patience and adaptability in approach to working with creatives</p> </li><li> <p>Proficient with multiple presentations, communication and document programs such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Keynote, Google Docs/Slides/Sheets, Outlook and AV technology such as Zoom, Teams, WebEx</p> </li><li> <p>Impeccable writing skills</p> </li><li> <p>Unflappability</p> </li><li> <p>Service-oriented with a "can do/will do/nothing is impossible" attitude</p> </li><li> <p>Someone that is self-motivated and proactive but excels in a collaborative team setting</p> </li><li> <p>Excellent organization and time management, self-management; ability to prioritize workload and multi-task</p> </li><li> <p>Creative agency experience a plus</p> </li></ul> <p>Additional information</p> <p>Our Publicis Groupe motto "Viva La Différence" means we're better together, and we believe that our differences make us stronger. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
