<p>In this position...</p> <p>You will be responsible for "depth and breadth" on all shifts/crews within a Production Manufacturing environment, delivering all department scorecard objectives, owning processes (e.g., constraint management/VRT), standardization across all workstations within the area, planning change, determining continuous improvement opportunities, and serving as a change agent to drive the Ford Production System.</p> <p>As part of our Manufacturing team, you'll help build the world-class, state-of-the-art smart vehicles we're known for. In our plants around the world, we're constantly developing new technologies and processes to further increase our efficiency.
