Interact with patients in person, on phone and in email communication. Review, confirm and update demographic and insurance information with patients. Direct all patients seeking financial assistance to the Financial Coordinators. Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all patient matters and secure all patient information. Assist internal customers in tasks necessary to ensure complete patient satisfaction and revenue assurance.
