We believe that high-performing teams drive groundbreaking medical discoveries and invite all applicants to join us and experience what it means to be part of Mass General Brigham.</p> <p>Assisting with registration edits within work queues</p> <p>Job Summary</p> <p>POSITION SUMMARY:</p> <p>Responsibilities include reviewing, verifying and updating patient demographic and insurance information, resolving registration-related edits and acting as a liaison between clinics and patients.</p> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:</p> <p>Access scheduled appointments through work queues to review and correct registration-related issues. Interact with patients in person, on phone and in email communication. Review, confirm and update demographic and insurance information with patients. Direct all patients seeking financial assistance to the Financial Coordinators. Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all patient matters and secure all patient information. Assist internal customers in tasks necessary to ensure complete patient satisfaction and revenue assurance.
