While experience is preferred, we are always willing to train candidates who have a great attitude, strong mechanical aptitude, and who are willing and eager to learn.</p> <p>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Read and interpret technical CAD drawings (blueprints) and follow work instructions. </li><li>Perform some welding work, including MIG and TIG, or be willing to learn how to weld. </li><li>Perform mechanical assembly, working with a variety of mild steel, stainless steel, structural angle, channel, and tubing. </li><li>Set up, fit, and position weldments, having several parts. </li><li>Develop working relationships with Engineering and other departments to address and resolve issues. </li><li>Participate in cross-functional teams to address and resolve manufacturing, design, and quality problems, and to ensure the continuous improvement of processes and methods. </li></ul> <p>If you aren't familiar with us, Wisconsin Oven Corporation is located in East Troy, Wisconsin.
