<p>JOB SUMMARY:</p> <p>This position is a full-time exempt position. The Contents Restoration Project Manager is primarily responsible for preparing estimates/scopes/work plans and reviewing contents project protocols. This position is also in charge of production schedules and coordination of subcontractor base following the direction of the scope and estimate to completion.</p> <p>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:</p> <p>Duties will include, but are not limited to:</p> <ul> <li>Must be familiar with various insurance company program guidelines. </li><li>Writes estimates and completes control points pursuant to the insurance company guidelines. </li><li>Schedules and coordinates subcontractors and contents technicians in a productive manner so as to complete contents projects timely and in a profitable fashion. </li><li>Provides random site inspections of projects, verifies documentation including sketches and provides smooth customer hand-off. </li><li>Verifies all documentation is complete on a per loss basis and invoices projects. </li><li>Familiar with Xactimate. </li><li>Follow up on payment of all invoices. </li><li>Assist in training and implementation of new procedures or programs. </li><li>Assist in organizing and securing warehouse equipment and supplies. </li><li>Assist with after-hours on-call phone contents assignments as needed. </li><li>All other tasks as assigned by the District Manager. </li></ul> <p>SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:</p> <p>The Contents Restoration Project Manager Supervises subcontractors and contents technicians to ensure:</p> <ul> <li>Compliance with program guidelines and company standards. </li><li>Vehicle maintenance and cleanliness. </li><li>Proper equipment handling and cleanliness. </li><li>Profit margins maintained at acceptable levels. </li><li>Industry and program standards for are kept. </li><li>POM scores are maintained at acceptable levels. </li><li>High level customer service and communication is achieved. </li></ul>
