We are looking for Machine Operators to join a respected manufacturing facility in Dayton, OH, where your skills are valued, your growth is supported, and your work matters.</p> <p>Pay & Schedule</p> <ul> <li>Base Pay: $16.00/hour </li><li>Shift Differential: 10% night shift premium (totaling $17.60/hour) </li><li>Schedule: Monday - Friday | 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM </li><li>Overtime may be available based on production needs </li></ul> <p>What You'll Be Doing</p> <ul> <li>Operate CNC machinery including mills, lathes, and saws </li><li>Perform setups, tool changes, and adjustments to maintain accuracy </li><li>Read and follow technical blueprints and job specs </li><li>Conduct quality checks using calipers, micrometers, and gauges </li><li>Make minor program edits and address basic machine issues </li><li>Maintain a clean and organized work area while following safety protocols </li></ul> <p>What We're Looking For</p> <ul> <li>2+ years of CNC machining experience or formal trade/technical training </li><li>Ability to read blueprints and technical documents </li><li>Comfortable working overnight shifts </li><li>Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail </li><li>Reliable, safety-minded, and eager to contribute to a team environment </li><li>Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods </li></ul> <p>Why You'll Love This Job:</p> <p>We offer a comprehensive benefits package to support your health, financial goals, and work-life balance.
