<p>Position Summary:</p> <p>The Mold Maintenance associate safely performs maintenance service and repairs to molds and other tooling used in the manufacture of wind blades.</p> <p>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Safely and efficiently use hand tools and power tools </li><li>Preparing all molds for operation </li><li>Ensure that standard work is being followed </li><li>Follow all safety protocols, especially given potential exposure to chemicals </li><li>Perform production tasks to cover absences to meet quality and delivery objectives </li><li>Essential to 5S and improving organization on the production floor </li><li>Perform all other duties as assigned </li></ul> <p>Education/ Skills/ Experience:</p> <ul> <li>Demonstrated training and mentoring skills </li><li>Excellent interpersonal, communication, and time management skills </li><li>Ability to maintain a safe work environment </li><li>Previous TPI experience preferred but not required. </li></ul> <p>Physical Skills and Abilities:</p> <ul> <li>Ability to be on the factory floor for long periods of time, potentially working across all shifts at times. </li><li>Stamina to work 50+ hours/week to support plant performance. </li></ul>
