<p>Job Description:</p> <p>The Unit Secretary is responsible for providing the department with the clerical support necessary to ensure a smoothly functioning unit. The Unit Secretary works in partnership and collaboration with interdisciplinary team members, toward the end of providing quality patient care and enhanced communications.</p> <p>Experience:</p> <ul> <li> <p>1 year Clerical - Required</p> </li><li> <p>Healthcare Setting - Preferred</p> </li></ul> <p>Certifications/Licensures:</p> <ul> <li>CPI Non-Violent Crisis Intervention Training- Required within 30-days of hire and renewal annually or within 30-days of return from a leave of absence. </li></ul> <p>Skills:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Knowledge of medical terminology through experience or completion of a course - Preferred•</p> </li><li> <p>Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point) - Preferred</p> </li></ul> <p>Work shift: shift in between - 0800-1630</p> <p>Days worked per week: Varied</p> <p>Hours worked per day: 5-8</p> <p>Work Shift:</p> <p>08.0 Per Diem No Waive (United States of America)</p> <p>Pay Range:</p> <p>$29.27 - $40.51</p> <p>Hourly</p> <p>Offer amounts are based on demonstrated/relevant experience and/or licensure.</p> <p>Pay will be adjusted to the local market if hired outside of the Bay Area.</p> <p>Note: Positions at JMH which are exempt (not eligible for overtime) under the level of Manager are listed as hourly for compensation purposes on this posting.
