As a Treatment Family Home Coordinator, you will play a vital role in providing stable, nurturing homes for youth with behavioral health needs. In this role, you will coordinate placement services, oversee provider compliance, and ensure quality care across the Northwest Region while building lasting relationships with families, case managers, and community partners.</p> <p>In this position, you will provide administrative and clinical oversight of the Treatment Family Care program serving clients in the Northwest Region. You will be responsible for recruiting, training, and supervising treatment family home providers who care for children with behavioral health needs, while ensuring compliance with state licensure, contract, and documentation standards.</p> <p>This position offers…</p> <ul> <li>Employee Assistance Program - 24/7 counseling services, legal assistance, & financial consultation for you and your household at no cost </li><li>Mileage Reimbursement - Company paid for work functions requiring travel </li><li>Employee Discounts - Hotels, Theme Parks & Attractions, College Tuition </li><li>Workplace Culture - An environment cultivating employee wellbeing, valuing each individual's humanity, and actively promoting a healthy, joyful workforce </li><li>Additional Perks & Benefits - Scroll down to bottom of this post to learn more </li></ul> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Recruit, train, and support Treatment Family Home providers, Professional Parent Homes, and Respite Care providers throughout the Northwest Region </li><li>Coordinate placement of children and youth in approved treatment family homes, working closely with case managers, treatment teams, and family guardians </li><li>Conduct home studies, background checks, and licensing inspections to ensure providers meet state and agency standards </li><li>Supervise providers through regular home visits, monthly team meetings, and ongoing monitoring to maintain quality care standards </li><li>Manage monthly billing to the Department of Behavioral Health and Community Mental Health Centers, ensuring accurate and timely submissions </li><li>Submit prompt and accurate program reports, including provider billing documentation and monthly/annual program reviews </li><li>Ensure program meets 100% of budgetary and contractual expectations while following agency documentation requirements </li><li>Maintain quality standards and ensure provider compliance with licensure, training, and contract standards </li><li>Serve as crisis backup for case managers for children and youth in Treatment Family and Respite Care </li><li>Facilitate interagency communication by attending treatment meetings, Department meetings, and individual supervision </li><li>Provide consultation and education for community agencies by attending events and meetings </li><li>Follow all agency policies and procedures including emergency and corporate compliance policies/procedures 100% of the time </li><li>Perform all other duties as assigned </li><li></li></ul> <p>Education, Experience, and/or Credential Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a closely related human services field OR any four-year degree with two years of qualifying experience OR any four-year combination of higher education and qualifying experience OR four years of qualifying experience </li><li>At least 2 years of experience working with youth and families </li></ul> <p>Additional Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Current driver's license, acceptable driving record, and current auto insurance </li><li>Successful completion of background check including criminal record, driving record, and abuse/neglect check </li><li>Must complete all training requirements including New Hire Orientation at the beginning of employment and Relias training annually thereafter </li></ul> <p>Physical Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Frequently required to sit and stand for extended periods (2-4 hours) </li><li>May be required to walk for short periods when conducting field-based activities </li><li>Frequently use hands and fingers to write, type, operate a mouse, file documents, and handle documents </li><li>Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds </li></ul> <p>Position Perks & Benefits:</p> <p>Paid time off: full-time employees receive an attractive time off package to balance your work and personal life</p> <p>Employee benefits package: full-time employees receive health, dental, vision, retirement, life, & more</p> <p>Top-notch training: initial, ongoing, comprehensive, and supportive</p> <p>Career mobility: advancement opportunities/promoting from within</p> <p>Welcoming, warm, supportive: a work culture & environment that promotes your well-being, values you as human being, and encourages your health and happiness.</p> <p>Brightli is on a Mission:</p> <p>A mission to improve client care, reduce the financial burden of community mental health centers by sharing resources, a mission to have a larger voice in advocacy to increase access to mental health and substance user care in our communities, and a mission to evolve the behavioral health industry to better meet the needs of our clients.</p> <p>As a behavioral and community mental health provider, we prioritize fostering a culture of belonging and connection within our workforce.
