We encourage you to apply and join our team!</p> <p>What you'll be doing:</p> <ul> <li>Hardware installation & configuration of enterprise servers and cabling </li></ul> <p>infrastructure.</p> <ul> <li>Hardware Break/Fix replacement of FRUs </li><li>Rack installation including putting racks in place, cabling, power up </li></ul> <p>and handoff of servers to internal provisioning teams.</p> <ul> <li>Troubleshooting and resolve Telco Connectivity issues </li><li>Troubleshoot & Replace Network Switch equipment </li><li>You will communicate within a ticketing environment that is used and </li></ul> <p>supervised by multiple internal Oracle Cloud service owners and</p> <p>teams.</p> <ul> <li>Documentation of activities and build/modify SOPs </li><li>Structured cabling, labeling, and troubleshooting of </li></ul> <p>fiber/copper/telecom cables.</p> <ul> <li>System power supplies and cabling install, fix and repair </li><li>You should be able to execute small projects on your own and work </li></ul> <p>with your manager in planning and executing larger local projects</p> <p>Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Knowledge of server/storage/network hardware. </li><li>Strong interest in learning new DC concepts. </li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills </li><li>Shift schedule (4 days a week, 10-hour shifts). Includes weekends and </li></ul> <p>holidays.</p> <ul> <li>3+ years working in an IT environment. </li><li>Experience solving problems on servers, networking devices and IT </li></ul> <p>equipment.</p> <ul> <li>Inventory management experience. Ordering, receiving, and shipping </li></ul> <p>server parts.
