<p>Position Summary:</p> <p>The Warehouse & Logistics Systems Manager will lead the development, maintenance, and optimization of warehouse and logistics systems. This role will ensure operational efficiency across warehousing, inventory, and distribution by managing systems and technologies that support fulfillment, storage, and transportation processes.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Oversee daily operation and performance of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Transportation Management Systems (TMS), and related logistics platforms. </li><li>Lead initiatives to improve warehouse processes through systems automation, data analysis, and integration with ERP and order management platforms. </li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, Procurement, Operations, and Customer Service to align logistics systems with business needs, system updates, resolve issues and support new capabilities. </li><li>Ensure accurate and timely movement of goods by optimizing workflows and system configurations across receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping. </li><li>Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and use analytics to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement. </li><li>Train and support warehouse and logistics staff on system usage, enhancements, and best practices. </li><li>Manage relationships with TMS and WMS service partners involved in system development, maintenance, and support. </li><li>Develop system strategies for automation, digitization, and continuous improvement in logistics operations. </li><li>Ensure compliance with internal policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements (e.g., DOT, OSHA, international trade regulations). </li><li>Prepare and present reports on system performance, riskss, project status, and proposals to senior leadership. </li><li>Maintain data integrity and compliance with industry standards and company policies. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, Logistics, or related field. </li><li>5+ years of work experience in data warehousing, data modeling and ETL processes. </li><li>Strong experience with logistics systems (TMS, WMS, ERP, or SCM software such as JDE, Oracle, Solochain, or Decartes). </li><li>Proven track record in distribution optimization, network design, or process improvement. </li><li>Proficient in data analytics tools (Excel, Tableau, or Power BI). </li><li>Strong project management and cross-functional leadership skills. </li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication abilities </li></ul>
