<p>Assistant Lydia House Director</p> <p>Join the Open Door Mission's team of dedicated staff who are committed to full-time Christian ministry and breaking the cycle of homelessness and poverty!</p> <p>ABOUT THIS POSITION</p> <p>This position manages the FSW team to ensure that the correct processes are followed and executed. Manage day-to-day operations of the LH when Director is absent. Responsible for maintaining the inside and outside of the LH building.</p> <p>Demonstrates Christ-like maturity in words, behavior, and attitude in all job duties and responsibilities. Displays professionalism in handling private and sensitive confidential information in regards to guests, students, volunteers, and donors.
