<p>Line Cook, (Non-Exempt)</p> <p>Hours: Part-Time or Full-Time Positions Available, 10:00am - 6:30pm</p> <p>POSITION SUMMARY:</p> <p>Prepares and serves meals according to menus prepared by the Dietary Manager, prescribed diets of the residents or dietary request by management. Ensures food is prepared, served, and stored using proper sanitation guidelines. Leads dietary personnel in maintaining cleanliness of work area and timeliness of meal service.</p> <p>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:</p> <ul> <li>Prepares and serves meals according to prepared menus, prescribed diets of the residents or dietary requests. </li><li>Checks menus to thaw meat and schedule prep work for the week. </li><li>Assists with clean up of pots and pans.
