Join a Top Workplace where your contributions matter and your growth is supported.</p> <p>Position: Leasing Professional</p> <p>Location: College Park & River View at Bexley - Columbus, OH</p> <p>Office Hours: Monday through Friday 8:30am-5pm, alternating Saturdays, and after-hours as needed</p> <p>Pay Rate: $16-$19/hour (based on experience), plus commissions, incentives and bonus potential</p> <p>What You'll Do:</p> <p>As a key member of our leasing team, you'll play an essential role in creating a welcoming experience for prospective and current residents while supporting the day-to-day leasing and marketing efforts across two communities.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Engage with prospective residents, showcase model apartments, and highlight community amenities </li><li>Handle inquiries, conduct property tours, and manage follow-up communication in Yardi </li><li>Assist with application verification, lease renewals, and insurance verification </li><li>Ensure a smooth move-in experience and overall property readiness </li><li>Maintain the pristine condition of model apartments, target units, and market-ready vacancies </li><li>Conduct market surveys, evaluate competitor properties, and contribute to innovative marketing strategies </li><li>Support the property's social media presence and assist with planning resident events and activities </li></ul> <p>Who You Are:</p> <ul> <li>Experience in multifamily housing leasing, sales, or direct, face-to-face customer service. </li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) </li><li>Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and auto-insurance </li><li>Experience with Yardi software (preferred). </li><li>Meticulous, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and a cheerful outlook. </li><li>Effective time management and multitasking abilities, with the ability to work independently. </li><li>Experience in property showings, lease negotiations, and managing the application process. </li><li>Ability to conduct market surveys and competitive analysis. </li><li>Familiarity with managing and maintaining social media platforms. </li></ul> <p>Why Towne Properties is a Great Place to Work:</p> <ul> <li>Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and FSA options </li><li>401(k) with company match </li><li>Paid time off, holidays, vacation, and personal days </li><li>Training and career development through Towne University </li><li>Referral bonuses, recognition programs, and a supportive team environment </li></ul> <p>Apply today to start your career with Towne Properties!</p> <p>Towne Properties is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
