<p>Job#: 3025058</p> <p>Job Description:</p> <p>Business Analyst (Level I)</p> <p>Location: Pennington, New Jersey (Onsite)</p> <p>Employment Type: Contract</p> <p>Contract Duration: 10 Months</p> <p>Role Overview</p> <p>Our organization is seeking a Business Analyst for our Resource Forecasting Team. This team plays a critical role in supporting financial routines within our technology division. The goal is to provide an accurate representation of headcount and expenses on both a quarterly and full-year basis. This position is responsible for managing financial forecasts and ensuring technology managers execute within budgetary targets.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Manage all inputs for corporate forecasts, including staffing plans, attrition factors, and contract accruals. </li><li>Develop financial forecasts and ensure technology managers execute within a variance of ±1%. </li><li>Coordinate monthly and quarterly forecasting processes and reporting with finance, technology managers, and portfolio delivery leads. </li><li>Track new hires and departures to maintain accurate staffing plans. </li><li>Follow up with managers on hiring progress and escalate any barriers or issues. </li><li>Track and report drivers of variance from the corporate forecast. </li><li>Monitor capacity and forecast allocations to ensure they are accurate and complete. </li></ul> <p>Required Qualifications</p> <p>Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required for this role.</p> <p>Compensation & Benefits</p> <p>The pay rate for this position is between $28.00 and $33.64 per hour.
