Together, we can continue to lead the industry and help build our nation's infrastructure from the ground up.</p> <p>James Martin Vanities is currently seeking an individual to fill an immediate need for a Sales Support Representative.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Work together with Sales associates to support customer needs by determining the best products and solutions. </li><li>Ensuring the delivery of personalized customer service through timely quotations and accurate sales orders. </li><li>Answer sales calls for general information, addressing and resolving customer concerns or questions. </li><li>Ability to effectively use customer relationship management (CRM) system and phone system. </li><li>Track and analyze sales performance metrics, customer behavior, and market trends to provide actionable insights. </li><li>Develop understanding of customer portals and tools to streamline processes for submitting inventory and discontinued product. </li><li>Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns, email marketing, and social media initiatives. </li><li>Respond to customer inquiries, manage reviews, and ensure a positive shopping experience by addressing issues promptly. </li><li>Assist with weekly and monthly reports on sales performance, website traffic, and other key metrics to support decision-making. </li><li>Conduct research on competitors and industry trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. </li><li>Coordination of projects related to product launches, website updates, and promotional events. </li><li>Perform various administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, maintaining records, and organizing files. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Prior sales and/or customer service experience is preferred. </li><li>Exhibit strong skills for sales, including the ability to upsell. </li><li>Proven track record of responding quickly to customer needs and ability to make decisions in a timely manner. </li><li>Ability to react well in a fast-paced environment & follow through on commitments. </li><li>Highly motivated and customer service-oriented mentality with ability to build relationships is a plus. </li><li>Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, PowerPoint, Word </li><li>Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) is a plus. </li></ul> <p>At James Martin Vanities, we care for each other.
