Interested candidates should apply to be considered.</p> <p>Essential Functions</p> <p>These are the job duties required of the position.</p> <p>Essential Functions</p> <ul> <li>Maintains soft tile, carpet, terrazzo, marble and ceramic flooring by sweeping, mopping, and scrubbing floors. </li><li>Performs general cleaning duties to include: waxing and polishing furniture, dusting furniture, disposing of waste paper, washing windows and replacing supplies. </li><li>Performs special cleaning projects utilizing all cleaning techniques and equipment such as floor machines, wet/dry vacuums, and carpet shampoo machines. </li><li>Maintains, upkeeps ands repairs all equipment used for cleaning. </li><li>Transports furniture and furnishings to different locations as needed. </li><li>Abides by and enforces all compliance requirements and policies, while maintaining confidentiality. </li><li>May be required to operate a motor vehicle to travel to and from work sites or transport materials. </li><li>Regular and prompt attendance. </li><li>Ability to work schedule as defined and overtime as required. </li><li>Related duties as required. </li></ul> <p>Posting Information</p> <p>Number of Vacancies 1 Position End Date (if temporary) Job Open Date 10/21/2025 Job Close Date Open Until Filled Yes Special Instructions to Applicants Working Days Monday - Friday Working Hours 6:00 p.m. - 2:30 a.m. Job Location Main Campus Full-time or Part-Time Full Time Regular or Temporary Regular</p>
