<p>Elbit Systems is looking for a Program Manager to join the Haifa site in the Aerospace division</p> <p>Join us to lead mission-critical programs with real impact for the Israeli Air Force</p> <p>Come be part of a collaborative, purpose-driven team that turns advanced aerospace requirements into delivered capability</p> <p>In this role you will:</p> <p>Manage development programs for the Israeli Air Force</p> <p>Lead and control end-to-end work processes across internal stakeholders and with the customer</p> <p>Requirements</p> <p>BSc in Engineering</p> <p>MBA - Advantage</p> <p>Engineering background; preference for prior experience as a Systems Engineer or Technical Manager</p> <p>Program management experience - Advantage</p> <p>Ability to lead and motivate teams in a matrix environment; experience engaging with subcontractors, suppliers, partners and subsidiary companies</p> <p>Excellent interpersonal communication and ability to work in a team</p> <p>Experience with production and customer delivery processes with emphasis on meeting program targets - Advantage</p> <p>Financial literacy including target-driven management - Advantage</p> <p>Only relevant applications will be answered</p> <p>#Haifa</p>
