<p>Job Title: Manufacturing Engineer</p> <p>Job Description</p> <p>As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will revise and optimize CNC programs for mills, lathes, and multi-axis machines. Your role involves translating engineering drawings and 3D models into precise machining instructions, while maintaining a library of programs with proper documentation of setups and tooling instructions. You will also support continuous improvement initiatives focused on reducing cycle time and minimizing scrap.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Revise and optimize CNC programs for various machines including mills, lathes, and multi-axis machines. </li><li>Translate engineering drawings and 3D models into accurate machining instructions. </li><li>Maintain a comprehensive library of CNC programs with detailed documentation. </li><li>Provide support for continuous improvement initiatives aimed at cycle time reduction and minimizing scrap. </li></ul> <p>Essential Skills</p> <ul> <li>Proficiency in manufacturing engineering. </li><li>Expertise in CNC programming. </li><li>Minimum 2 years of experience as a manufacturing engineer programming CNCs. </li><li>At least 2 years of experience working with G Codes. </li></ul> <p>Additional Skills & Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Associate degree in a related field. </li></ul> <p>Work Environment</p> <p>This is an on-site, on-the-floor role that involves a hands-on approach to manufacturing engineering.
