<p>Welcome to Cascades!</p> <p>Every day, our team takes pride in rolling up their sleeves to create products that are mindful of the environment.</p> <p>Join us as a Forklift Operator in Pryor and help bring materials to life in a workplace where health and safety always come first.</p> <p>What's in it for you</p> <p>Taking care of our people is in our nature - so you'll enjoy:</p> <ul> <li>Starting pay for Forklift Operator: $21.30 approximately after 6 months, increasing pay up to $22.62/hour as you gain skills and certifications </li><li>Schedule: 4 On 4 Off - OVERNIGHT (7PM to 7AM) 12hr shifts. </li><li>Flexibility: Due to operational needs, employees are required to be available for up to 2 days of mandatory OT during their off-rotation. </li><li>Profit sharing after 1 year, medical insurance after 30 days, 1 week vacation after 6 months, and a safety boot voucher after 720 hours worked. </li></ul> <p>What you'll do</p> <p>As a Forklift Operator, you'll be at the heart of operations - right on the floor where materials take shape.</p> <p>Your day-to-day:</p> <ul> <li>Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment </li><li>Follow Lockout/Tagout procedures and perform daily equipment checks </li><li>Handle inventory tasks, cycle counts, and quality checks </li><li>Maintain clean, organized work areas </li><li>Support staging, loading, and shipping of raw materials and finished products </li><li>Work with a mix of electric (straight forks, box clamps, stand-up lifts) and propane (large roll clamps) equipment in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment </li></ul> <p>Your strengths as a Forklift Operator</p> <p>You are a natural fit for this role if:</p> <ul> <li>Forklift experience required; SAP and safety training preferred </li><li>Follow all safety guidelines and PPE requirements </li><li>Strong teamwork, communication, and positive attitude </li><li>Commitment to quality, safety, and attendance </li><li>Ability to work scheduled shifts and required overtime </li></ul> <p>Please read this important information below:</p> <ul> <li>This is a safety-sensitive position.
