To ensure we deliver improved benefit-to-risk solutions, we will guide and expect the market and design requirement specifications underlying our engineering, business development, and clinical research activities, objectively target advancements in standards of care.</p> <p>Job Summary of the Sr. Veeva Vault Administrator</p> <p>The Sr. Veeva Vault Administrator will manage and optimize various Veeva Vault modules such as CTMS, eTMF, RIM, and PromoMats. This role will have the opportunity to work cross-functionally with teams, helping Axogen maintain and continuously improve the Veeva platform to meet regulatory requirements and optimize business processes. Additionally, the Sr. Veeva Vault Administrator will administer and enhance other third-party or custom-built applications, primarily within Operations.</p> <p>Requirements of the Sr. Veeva Vault Administrator</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Life Sciences, or related field. Masters Degree preferred </li><li>Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in Veeva administration, including Veeva modules such as CTMS, eTMF, RIM, and PromoMats with current certifications. </li><li>Proven ability to manage Tier 1, 2, and 3 changes to Veeva and other enterprise systems. </li><li>Strong experience in understanding business processes and recommending system configurations that enhance operational efficiency. </li><li>Experience with administering and integrating third-party or custom-developed applications in business functions such as Operations and Regulatory. </li><li>Additional certifications related to GxP or other regulatory frameworks in the life sciences or pharmaceutical industry are a plus. </li><li>In-depth knowledge of Veeva platform architecture and system integrations. </li><li>Solid experience with change management processes, including planning, testing, and implementing changes in production environments. </li><li>Experience with data integrity checks, and the ability to support audit and regulatory inspections. </li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts in a clear, non-technical way to business stakeholders. </li><li>Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to address system issues and recommend effective solutions. </li><li>Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment and successful implementation of system changes. </li></ul> <p>Responsibilities of the Sr. Veeva Vault Administrator</p> <p>The specific duties of the Sr. Veeva Vault Administrator include but are not limited to:</p> <ul> <li>Administer, configure, and optimize Veeva Vault modules (CTMS, eTMF, RIM, PromoMats, etc.) to meet regulatory and business requirements. </li><li>Collaborate with business teams to identify system needs, propose configuration changes, and enhance efficiency and productivity </li><li>Monitor system performance, implement improvements, and provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Veeva systems and integrations. </li><li>Regularly update systems with new features, fixes, and enhancements. </li><li>Understand business processes across Clinical, Regulatory, and Marketing departments, and translate needs into technical specifications. </li><li>Take ownership of Tier 1, 2, and 3 system changes, managing the full lifecycle from scope definition to post-production support. </li><li>Plan and execute off-business hour changes to minimize disruption while ensuring GxP compliance. </li><li>Act as a liaison between business users, IT, and vendors to ensure system alignment with business needs. </li><li>Communicate system requirements and enhancements clearly to non-technical stakeholders. </li><li>Administer third-party/custom applications, ensuring seamless integration with Veeva Vault and compliance with data integrity standards. </li><li>Drive continuous improvement and alignment of third-party systems with business objectives. </li><li>Develop training materials, provide ongoing support, and maintain documentation to ensure proper system usage and resolve performance issues. </li></ul> <p>Location</p> <p>111 West Oak Ave., Tampa, FL 33602</p> <p>Benefits/Compensation</p> <p>This position is eligible for an annual bonus.</p> <p>Benefits offered for this position include Health, Dental, Vision, Matching 401K, Paid Time Off, 9 Paid Holidays + 3 Floating Holidays, Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts, Medical Flexible Spending Accounts, Tuition Reimbursement, Paid Parental Leave, Paid Caregiver Leave, Basic Life Insurance, Supplemental Life Insurance, Employee Stock Purchase Plan, and Disability Insurance, as described in more detail in summary plan descriptions.</p> <p>Salary Range</p> <p>$100,532-$125,665 USD</p> <p>Axogen follows healthcare system guidelines with respect to credentialing, vaccinations and other employment/compliance related requirements, as well as CDC guidance.
