IAMDS leads all aspects of Systems Engineering that drive the development of complex systems to support the Raytheon Land and Air Defense Systems (LADS) mission area from our Tewksbury MA, and Andover MA locations.? The IAMDS department supports Raytheon by cultivating a world-class group of systems thinkers who work together as a team to architect technical solutions to some of the world's toughest challenges.</p> <p>This position is onsite in Tewksbury, MA</p> <p>What You will Do:</p> <p>The Section Leader will perform day-to-day management of a group of multi-disciplinary system engineers, with the primary responsibility of ensuring that each employee has suitable work assignments and opportunities for growth and advancement. Management duties include performance development and appraisal, salary planning, manpower planning, career coaching, and ensuring adherence to company policies. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
