<p>Position Summary</p> <p>We are seeking a visionary Director of Culture to lead the design and execution of a development-focused, high-performance, and sustainable organizational culture. This leader will shape the company's cultural foundation through programs that foster intent-based leadership, align values with business strategy, and support long-term growth. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in organizational development, coaching, and cultural transformation in dynamic, high-growth environments.</p> <p>This is a critical role in building a values-driven culture that empowers team members, drives accountability, and fuels exceptional business performance.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Develop and Implement Foundational Culture Tools </li></ul> <p>Design and integrate frameworks such as culture handbooks, recognition systems, and storytelling platforms to bring company values to life across teams and operations.</p> <ul> <li>Champion Intent-Based Leadership </li></ul> <p>Promote a leadership philosophy that empowers team members to act with clarity and autonomy, supporting a culture of accountability and aligned decision-making.</p> <ul> <li>Align Culture with Performance </li></ul> <p>Create strategies that connect effective leadership, accountability practices, and organizational values to business performance metrics.</p> <ul> <li>Build a Sustainable, High-Performing Culture </li></ul> <p>Lead initiatives that reinforce cultural resilience and adaptability in support of long-term strategic objectives.</p> <ul> <li>Drive Team Member Engagement </li></ul> <p>Design and deliver programs that strengthen employee engagement, reinforce shared purpose, and align teams with the company's mission and vision.</p> <ul> <li>Monitor and Evaluate Cultural Health </li></ul> <p>Establish cultural metrics and feedback systems to measure engagement, alignment, and effectiveness, leveraging insights to refine and evolve programs.</p> <ul> <li>Collaborate Across the Organization </li></ul> <p>Partner with leaders across departments to integrate cultural strategies into business planning, talent development, and day-to-day operations.</p> <ul> <li>Foster an Inclusive Environment </li></ul> <p>Embed inclusive practices into all cultural initiatives, ensuring respect, fairness, and belonging are foundational to the employee experience.</p> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Education:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field preferred.</p> </li><li> <p>Equivalent experience within a large, geographically dispersed hospitality or restaurant organization may be considered in place of formal education.</p> </li></ul> <p>Experience:</p> <ul> <li> <p>8-10 years of progressive experience in culture development, leadership coaching, or organizational development.</p> </li><li> <p>Minimum of 5 years in a leadership role (Director or higher), ideally within fast-paced, high-growth companies.</p> </li><li> <p>Proven success in leading large-scale cultural transformation initiatives.</p> </li></ul> <p>Skills and Competencies:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Deep understanding of intent-based leadership or similar empowerment models.</p> </li><li> <p>Strong strategic thinking and ability to design culture programs that align with business goals.</p> </li><li> <p>Exceptional coaching skills, with a demonstrated ability to influence and support leaders at all levels.</p> </li><li> <p>Proficiency in using metrics and analytics to measure impact and inform cultural strategies.</p> </li><li> <p>Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.</p> </li><li> <p>Demonstrated commitment to building inclusive, equitable workplace cultures.</p> </li><li> <p>Resilient, adaptable, and collaborative leadership style.</p> </li></ul>
