Find your future with us.</p> <p>The Boeing Company is seeking a Senior T-7 Support Integration Specialist to lead and manage the lifecycle support activities for our products and programs in Berkeley, MO. The successful candidate will be responsible for integrating various support functions, including technical data management, training, maintenance modifications, and support equipment. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to establish and monitor support requirements and objectives in alignment with contract specifications.</p> <p>Position Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Manage, monitor, and integrate product/program lifecycle support activities, including support system analysis, spares provisioning, technical data, training maintenance/modifications, support equipment, and facilities. </li><li>Oversee the development and management of support engineering data to ensure it meets established requirements and standards. </li><li>Establish and define support requirements, costs, technical objectives, statement of work breakdown, reports, master schedules, and program implementation and integration plans in accordance with contract requirements. </li><li>Coordinate and gather data for estimates to support proposal activities and research and development efforts. </li><li>Develop and implement processes to ensure that technical data and procedures are documented, current, and accessible. </li><li>Conduct presentations and status reviews and monitor the execution of support programs to ensure alignment with objectives. </li><li>Review program and engineering change proposals, assessing their impact on product support and making recommendations as necessary. </li><li>Lead the creation of estimates and ensure that all activities are aligned with program objectives and requirements. </li></ul> <p>Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field </li><li>5+ years of experience in product support management or a related field </li><li>Experience with lifecycle support activities, including system analysis, provisioning, and technical data management </li><li>Experience in a role that required leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and initiatives </li><li>Experience analyzing complex data and make informed decisions </li><li>Experience with contract requirements and proposal development processes </li><li>Experience with engineering change proposals and their implications for product support </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):</p> <ul> <li>Experience working with government customers </li><li>Experience working in a development environment </li></ul> <p>Drug Free Workplace:</p> <p>Boeing is a Drug Free Workplace where post offer applicants and employees are subject to testing for marijuana, cocaine, opioids, amphetamines, PCP, and alcohol when criteria is met as outlined in our policies.</p> <p>Pay & Benefits:</p> <p>At Boeing, we strive to deliver a Total Rewards package that will attract, engage and retain the top talent.
