The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of sheet metal variations, the ability to use precision measurement tools, and a commitment to maintaining a clean and organized workspace.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently. </li><li>Follow company safety policies, including PPE use and incident reporting. </li><li>Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate production and match print to router and pink ticket. </li><li>Meet production deadlines and maintain product quality standards. </li><li>Locate and prepare materials for manufacturing tasks. </li><li>Ability to load tooling on the C-Bend Machine. </li><li>Able to load correct program to the machine to run job. </li><li>Able to follow dispatch and schedule. </li><li>Able to run simple bends. </li><li>Use and read calipers in both metric and standard measurements. </li><li>Identify and differentiate various types of sheet metal. </li><li>Perform basic troubleshooting and equipment maintenance. </li><li>Maintain a clean and organized workstation. </li><li>Train new employees as needed. </li><li>Lift up to 50 lbs individually and participate in team lifts up to 75 lbs. </li><li>Follow routers and production documentation accurately. </li><li>Report any equipment malfunctions or product discrepancies to supervisors. </li><li>All other duties as applied. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or equivalent. </li><li>1-3 years of experience as a Silk Screen Operator in medical device or regulated manufacturing. </li><li>Basic knowledge of sheet metal materials. </li><li>Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints. </li><li>Proficiency in using calipers and measurement tools. </li><li>Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. </li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills. </li><li>Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment. </li></ul>
