<p>Elbit Systems is looking for a Logistics Planner to join the Aerospace Division site in Haifa</p> <p>Main Responsibilities</p> <p>Plan and manage logistics support activities for airborne platforms</p> <p>Control and monitor inventory across operational sites - procurement and repair facilities</p> <p>Lead logistics aspects in new program proposals, with emphasis on inventory build-up (IPL)</p> <p>Enter and optimize data and requirements in information systems</p> <p>Develop work plans for managing life-limited components</p> <p>Prioritize needs between suppliers, procurement, and operational sites</p> <p>Lead the logistics agenda according to existing formats for daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly planning</p> <p>Characterize and improve decision-support tools for logistics planning (with focus on BI, in cooperation with IT teams)</p> <p>Define and refine KPI metrics and monitor performance against set targets</p> <p>Work in a matrix and multidisciplinary structure with diverse interfaces - program managers, finance control, procurement, import/export, site managers, and IT</p> <p>Collaborate with suppliers and customers in Israel and abroad</p> <p>Requirements</p> <p>B.A. - Mandatory</p> <p>Degree in Engineering - Advantage</p> <p>At least 5 years of proven experience in logistics planning at large organizations or in the IDF - Mandatory</p> <p>At least 5 years of experience in logistics planning within the Israeli Air Force - Advantage</p> <p>Ability to manage and coordinate across multiple interfaces</p> <p>Capability to lead and motivate teams in a matrix environment with strong interpersonal skills</p> <p>High teamwork skills</p> <p>Experience with BI systems and logistical planning tools</p> <p>High proficiency in Excel and Office applications</p> <p>Only relevant applications will be answered</p> <p>#Haifa</p>
