You will have the opportunity to leverage your analytical skills to design and develop business strategies, manage a diverse team, promote cross-functional collaboration, conduct in-depth analysis, oversee report production, and build strong relationships with stakeholders.</p> <p>Job responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Business Objective: Own the creation of business processes and controls to maintain compliance by partnering with stakeholders within the Business, Legal, Risk, Controls and Compliance. </li><li>Project Management: Manage smaller projects supporting the JPMorgan Private Client agenda and the implementation of processes and controls. </li><li>Relationship Building: Establish strong working relationships with work stream leads, business stakeholders, peers, and subject matter experts. </li><li>Communication: Operate as the voice of the project, producing or contributing to various reporting needs, and facilitating meetings at the business, operational, and project levels. </li><li>Communication/presentation: Influence business leaders and stakeholders in a meaningful and actionable manner with excellent written and verbal communication skills </li><li>Analysis: Partner with stakeholders to identify gaps and determine root cause of control breaks </li><li>Analysis: Create and perform ongoing analysis of KRI/KPI and develop ad-hoc reports as requested to support business-related programs and strategies </li></ul> <p>Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills</p> <ul> <li>Education: BA/BS degree required </li><li>Experience: 5+ years of project management and process design experience within the Consumer/Business Deposit, Home Lending, or Wealth businesses </li><li>Organizational Skills: Highly organized and detail-oriented with a structured/analytical approach to problem-solving and the ability to help drive decisions. </li><li>Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work with senior management and create executive-level presentations; strong proficiency in MS Suite of products is a must. </li><li>Teamwork: Team player with the ability to build strong cross-business relationships </li><li>Adaptability: Ability to work autonomously to drive change, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to shifting priorities; effectively manages competing priorities to achieve optimal results in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills</p> <ul> <li>Expertise: Proficient knowledge of control and risk management concepts and experience working within Control framework and platforms (CORE, ELA, Obligation mapping) </li><li>Cultural Fit: Passionate culture carrier with grit, tenacity, customer obsession, and a balanced focus on 'the what' and 'the how' </li></ul>
