Sorority Row, room 167</p> <p>Pay rate or range: $11.00 - $12.00 per hour</p> <p>JOB PURPOSE: The WyoOne ID Office provides high quality RFID's and support for those ID's. JFNTMP</p> <p>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:</p> <ul> <li>Functions under direct to general supervision </li><li>Perform standard opening and closing procedures </li><li>Determine ID card eligibility for students, faculty/staff, spouse/dependents and other UW affiliated personnel. </li><li>Create IDs, badges and passport photos. </li><li>Enter data into office-specific software. </li><li>Troubleshoot issues with ID cards. </li><li>Use cash register/credit card machine. </li><li>Approves/denies online photo submissions and prints IDs for the approved photos. Organizes all of these photos. </li><li>Monitor and respond to TD tickets </li><li>Assist with general office duties including, but not limited to, answering phones, greeting customers, record keeping, and organizing. </li><li>Provide exceptional customer service to all individuals who come through our office. </li><li>Other duties as assigned </li></ul> <p>WORK LOCATION:</p> <p>On-campus: This position provides vital support to campus customers, and the successful candidate must be available to work on campus.</p> <p>MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:</p> <p>Education:?
