The ideal candidate will be responsible for efficiently picking orders from inventory and accurately packing them for shipment. This position requires a strong attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and experience in maintaining high standards of organization and efficiency within the warehouse.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Picking: Accurately pick items from inventory based on customer orders using handheld scanners or pick lists. </li><li>Packing: Safely and efficiently pack picked items into boxes or containers, ensuring items are secure and protected during transit. </li><li>Inspect products for any defects or damage before packing and report any issues to the supervisor. </li><li>Ensure that all orders are processed and packed according to company standards and customer specifications. </li><li>Label packages correctly with shipping information, tracking numbers, and any other required documentation. </li><li>Organize and maintain inventory by restocking shelves and keeping the warehouse clean and orderly. </li><li>Assist in loading and unloading shipments as required. </li><li>Ensure accuracy and timeliness in order fulfillment, meeting or exceeding performance targets. </li><li>Assist with inventory control and perform cycle counts as necessary to maintain stock accuracy. </li><li>Follow all safety guidelines and best practices to maintain a safe working environment. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or equivalent required. </li><li>Proven experience in warehouse picking and packing, preferably in a fast-paced environment. </li><li>Ability to work efficiently and accurately under minimal supervision. </li><li>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. </li><li>Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 50 lbs or as required). </li><li>Comfortable using warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and scanning devices. </li><li>Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment. </li><li>Basic math skills and the ability to follow instructions and procedures. </li><li>Ability to adapt to changing priorities and meet tight deadlines. </li></ul> <p>Working Conditions:</p> <ul> <li>Full-time position. </li><li>Overtime and weekend work may be required based on demand. </li><li>Physical environment: work is performed in a warehouse with varying temperatures. </li></ul> <p>Garden Grove CA 3163</p>
