In this role, you'll ensure that our customers have access to best-in-class supplies, accessories, and equipment that enable accurate and cost-effective diagnostic imaging services.</p> <p>You'll connect with healthcare organizations across X-Ray, Ultrasound, and MRI modalities to understand their challenges and match them with PartsSource's powerful solutions. This is a results-driven, customer-facing position ideal for a proactive, phone-savvy sales professional looking to make a measurable impact in the healthcare industry.</p> <p>What You'll Do</p> <p>Drive Customer Relationships & Growth</p> <ul> <li>Proactively contact key decision-makers within existing and new customer accounts. </li><li>Develop and execute account strategies to grow customer base and increase product adoption. </li><li>Identify new sales opportunities and recommend solutions aligned with customer needs. </li></ul> <p>Deliver Value Through Expert Solutions</p> <ul> <li>Understand customer goals in imaging technology and align PartsSource capabilities to address them. </li><li>Support customers in sourcing and procurement of imaging parts, supplies, and services. </li><li>Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success and satisfaction. </li></ul> <p>Optimize Sales Processes & Data</p> <ul> <li>Maintain accurate records in the CRM system (Salesforce). </li><li>Manage customer-level pricing and track performance metrics. </li><li>Collaborate with Sales Operations and Marketing to identify opportunities for improvement. </li></ul> <p>What You'll Bring</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred. </li><li>3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in healthcare, imaging, or medical devices. </li><li>Strong sales acumen and proven ability to operate proactively on the phone. </li><li>Knowledge of imaging modalities (X-Ray, Ultrasound, MRI) and related suppliers. </li><li>Experience negotiating terms and securing favorable contracts. </li><li>Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills. </li></ul> <p>Who We Want to Meet</p> <ul> <li>Act Like an Owner - You take initiative, hold yourself accountable, and follow through on commitments. </li><li>Serve with Purpose - You're passionate about supporting healthcare customers and improving patient outcomes. </li><li>Adapt to Thrive - You embrace change and approach challenges with a growth mindset. </li><li>Collaborate to Win - You communicate effectively across teams to achieve shared goals. </li><li>Challenge the Status Quo - You bring creative ideas to improve customer experience and sales effectiveness. </li></ul> <p>About PartsSource</p> <p>Since 2001, PartsSource has evolved into the leading technology and software platform for managing mission-critical equipment, serving over half of the U.S. hospital infrastructure.
