This position provides direct nursing care to residents and delegates and supervises the care provided by our Quality of Life Specialists/Resident Assistants.</p> <p>Schedule: Full-time or part-time opportunity 7:00am-7:00pm or 7:00pm-7:00am</p> <p>Salary: $36-$40/hour</p> <p>Perks of Working at Clarendale Six Corners:</p> <ul> <li>401k plan with employer match </li><li>Dental Insurance </li><li>Health Insurance </li><li>Vision Insurance </li><li>Life Insurance </li><li>Paid Time Off (full-time employees) </li><li>Daily Pay </li><li>Free Employee Parking </li><li>Discounted Meals </li><li>Tuition Reimbursement Program </li></ul> <p>Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of an LPN:</p> <ul> <li>Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADL), family/social activities and actively promote independent life-style of residents. </li><li>Responsible for identification of resident medical and behavioral changes and the development and monitoring of care plans and re-assessment of each resident. </li><li>Provide daily report to the Director of Health Services concerning community conditions, personnel performance, resident conditions, and needs for nursing supplies. </li><li>Provide nursing care according to physician's orders and in conformance with recognized nursing practice, established standards, and administrative policies. </li><li>Ensure preventative, therapeutic and rehabilitative services to residents and assists in the coordination of nursing care with care rendered by other disciplines. </li></ul> <p>The Community embraces a culture of hospitality.
