Day.</p> <p>Aspirus Wausau Hospital in Wausau, WI is seeking a SUPERVISOR - COMMUNICATIONS and CUSTOMER CONTACT CENTER to join our team!</p> <p>The Supervisor of Communication and Customer Contact Center assumes responsibility for the management of the Customer Contact Center and Communication Center, two separate multifunctional centers, and be a strategic link in our customer's communication processes. Leads both teams to support organizational goals and priorities through the provision of accurate, consistent, and efficient service and information to physicians, employees, and callers. Performs analysis of systems, services, policies, and procedures to identify areas in need of improvement or change. Designs processes to measure and/or increase quality and efficiency of existing services to increase cost effectiveness and for customer service.</p> <p>HOURS: Full-Time or 1.0 FTE, 80 hours every pay period. Day shift.</p> <p>Experience/Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Knowledge of organizational policies and procedures, and computer systems and applications normally acquired through completion of an associate's degree in marketing, public relations, management, business administration or related field is preferred; or three or more year's related work experience </li><li>A minimum of three years' related leadership experience in Communications. </li><li>Possesses ability to exercise initiative, problem solving, and decision-making.
