<p>Job Summary</p> <p>The Financial Analyst II will report to the FP&A Manager. Their primary purpose is to ensure the financial health and operational efficiency is maintained by analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and providing strategic recommendations to support key decision-making processes within the Johns Hopkins Hospital Finance Department.</p> <p>Minimum Required</p> <ul> <li>A minimum of two years of experience in financial and administrative positions, preferably in a medical setting </li><li>Demonstrates knowledge in financial analysis / modeling </li><li>Experience with EPSI, Strata, and other financial systems preferred </li></ul> <p>Education</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in business-related field or equivalent finance experience </li><li>Healthcare or comparable experience preferred </li></ul> <p>Salary Range: Minimum $37.04/hour - Maximum $61.16/hour.
