We are seeking a highly driven and dynamic person who thrives on driving change and has a passion for operational and execution excellence.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Lead the advancement of program management through cutting edge standards, capabilities and processes to accelerate time to market and revenue with successful delivery of large complex programs. </li><li>Develop and implement a tailorable and customer centric project management model to enable successful delivery of projects and solutions of all complexities. </li><li>Strengthen capability and build expertise in risk management, resource capacity management, change management and project planning across ADI. </li><li>Drive the advancement of product lifecycle management capabilities, partnering with stakeholders to develop capability roadmap ensuring improvement opportunities are prioritized. </li><li>Advance and unify ADI New Product Development Process for all solution types </li><li>Drive adherence to process from concept to completion for all solution types with training and support. </li><li>Ensure early stakeholder engagement for shift left strategy- IP Reuse, Software, Customer Validation, Virtual Test, Foundry Process readiness. </li><li>Work closely with PRISM portfolio management team to drive performance and predictability to plan and accelerate time to revenue through data driven action. </li><li>Build strong partnerships across ADI and POs to drive continuous improvement in optimizing processes, practices and principles to support growth strategy and deliver optimum business outcomes. </li></ul> <p>The Ideal Candidate</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, Operations or other relevant. MBA/MS a plus. </li><li>15+ years of experience in Business, Project Management, Operations, Strategic Quality management or a field related to the knowledge and abilities. </li><li>Subject matter expert in Program management with demonstrated impact in managing complex, enterprise programs. </li><li>Broad end-to-end knowledge of the product development lifecycle processes. </li><li>Ability to build strong partnerships and collaborate effectively across the enterprise. </li><li>Team leadership and talent development experience </li><li>Proven ability in motivating teams and leading change cross functionally through influence </li><li>A problem solver with strong analytical skills who can quickly assess situations, collect relevant input from subject matter experts and drive solutions to business challenges. </li><li>Results orientated with strong planning and organizations skills; must be able to set and manage priorities, adapt to change, drive progress of activities and deliverables to closure. </li><li>Proven ability in delivering insights from data in a synthesized and actionable way. </li><li>Excellent communication skills and delivering presentations for multiple audiences. </li><li>Creative, innovative, and driven to explore new ways to address challenges. </li></ul> <p>For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S. Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.
