In this role, you'll focus on identifying, engaging, and cultivating relationships with Physicians (MDs/DOs) and Advanced Practice Providers (NPs, PAs, etc.) for our nationwide primary care practices. You'll play a key role in developing sourcing strategies, building talent pools, and elevating our employer brand within the provider community.</p> <p>This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven healthcare environment and is passionate about connecting top-tier clinicians with meaningful career opportunities.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Partner closely with provider recruiters and hiring leaders to understand staffing needs and ideal candidate profiles </li><li>Design and implement creative, data-informed sourcing strategies to attract both active and passive candidates </li><li>Leverage a variety of channels-including job boards, professional networks, social media, and niche databases-to build robust pipelines </li><li>Conduct proactive outreach and initial candidate engagement to assess interest, availability, and qualifications </li><li>Maintain organized and up-to-date candidate records within the applicant tracking system (ATS) </li><li>Track market trends, talent movement, and competitor strategies to refine sourcing approaches </li><li>Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to develop compelling recruitment messaging, job postings, and outreach campaigns </li></ul> <p>Qualifications and Skills</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field-or equivalent professional experience </li><li>2+ years of experience in healthcare provider recruitment or sourcing </li><li>Proficiency with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, DocCafe, Doximity, PracticeLink, </li><li>Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills </li><li>Ability to manage multiple requisitions and shifting priorities in a dynamic environment </li><li>Proven success sourcing for hard-to-fill or specialty provider roles </li><li>Analytical mindset with a focus on sourcing metrics, conversion rates, and performance tracking </li><li>Creative thinker who brings new ideas and approaches to healthcare talent acquisition </li><li>Strong team player with a passion for delivering exceptional candidate experiences </li></ul> <p>Why Join Us?</p> <p>Be part of a purpose-driven team that makes a direct impact on healthcare delivery.
