Our physician led medical group enjoys an excellent reputation with patients and the medical community, offering primary care, urgent care and more than 30 different specialties.</p> <p>Job Description</p> <p>The Nurse Coordinator is responsible for coordinating all clinical functions, nursing practice, and the standards of care related to the delivery of patient care within the Breast Ambulatory locations. Registered nurse serving as a collaborative resource and program leader for patients and the Breast Surgery team. Works to assess patient's individual needs, connecting and referring them to appropriate supportive services and resources.</p> <p>Works collaboratively with the physicians and administrative leadership teams regarding implementation of new services, locations, staff education and training and quality projects.
