These guiding principles shape a bold, modern model of higher education-one that embraces place, fosters resilience, and leads with purpose.</p> <p>In service to that mission the Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) graduate program is seeking candidates for a Postdoctoral Fellowship within the newly formed Online M.Ed. in Special Education - Applied Behavior Analysis Emphasis Program which supports students to complete the requirements to become Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). This is a full-time, 9-month, Postdoctoral appointment with benefits. The individual hired for this position will work directly with the Director of the Online Master's program to provide supervision, instruction, and research support to graduate students and administrative support for the program.</p> <p>The primary responsibilities will be related to teaching and supervising students in the second year of the program to complete their thesis or thesis equivalent graduate research projects. These projects will include a proposal, investigation and final written project. The individual hired for this position will support projects consisting of original systematic literature reviews completed in compliance with the PRISMA 2020 guidelines. The individual may also be asked to co-advise on projects that are correlational or experimental in nature.</p> <p>Additional duties may include teaching responsibilities, supervision and training of Teaching Assistants and general administrative, marketing and program evaluation support.
