This 3/4-time position is responsible for capturing detailed facility asset data-ensuring data accuracy, and completeness. The position requires attention to detail, and strong coordination with engineers and C N A.</p> <p>What you'll do in this position:</p> <ul> <li>Facility Asset Inventory & Documentation </li><li>Data Capture, Entry & Quality Control </li><li>Independent Field Coordination </li><li>Coordinate with subject matter experts to capture/validate asset information </li><li>Assist the planning department with temporary workload </li></ul> <p>What qualifies you for this role:</p> <p>Required</p> <ul> <li>A firm commitment to the mission of BYU </li><li>2 years of experience in Facilities Management, Construction Management, Engineering Technology, Information Systems, Business, or related field. OR 2 years of experience in Facilities Operations, Asset Management, Construction Documentation, Technical Data Management, or related field. </li><li>Strong attention to detail and demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision. </li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and database systems. </li><li>Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines across multiple assignments </li><li>High attention to detail </li><li>Strong data management and data integrity skills </li><li>Independent decision-making and problem-solving ability </li><li>Effective verbal and written communication skills </li><li>Ability to interact professionally with technical and leadership personnel </li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and database software </li></ul> <p>Preferred</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Construction Management, Engineering, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field. </li><li>Experience with facility condition assessments (CNA), asset lifecycle documentation, or campus-scale asset inventories. </li><li>Familiarity with Assetworks or similar enterprise asset management systems. </li><li>Experience working in higher education or large institutional environments. </li><li>Experience using 360-degree imaging equipment and digital documentation platforms. </li><li>Familiarity with facility systems (mechanical, electrical, plumbing, building envelope) </li><li>Experience with enterprise asset management systems </li></ul> <p>What we offer in return:</p> <p>This position comes with fantastic benefits, including:</p> <ul> <li>401k.
