We are looking for only the best, most reliable candidates, with an eye for quality.</p> <p>GREAT SIDE JOBEARN EXTRA MONEYJOIN A GREAT TEAM</p> <p>CLEANING TECHNICIAN - PART TIME/NIGHTS - BROCKTON</p> <p>MONDAY - SATURDAY</p> <p>6:00 PM - 10:00 PM</p> <p>MUST BE AUTHORIZED TO WORK IN THE U.S.</p> <p>Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:</p> <ul> <li>Perform a wide variety of cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, dust mopping, spot cleaning, trash collection and removal, glass cleaning and restroom cleaning. </li><li>Request necessary supplies and maintenance needed on equipment. </li><li>Responsible for maintaining equipment assigned in a neat and clean condition. </li><li>Perform other similar and related duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>Job Requirements include the following:</p> <ul> <li>Must be able to work standing up for long periods of time. </li><li>Must have basic interpersonal skills; ability to work in the general public and communicate with co-workers and customers. </li><li>Must have reliable transportation to and from work. </li><li>Must be able to push or pull a minimum of 30 pounds. </li><li>Must be able to lift a minimum of 10 - 50 pounds. </li></ul> <p>Lynch Cleaning Contractors, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.</p>
