<p>The ideal candidate will work with the R&D Software Manager and senior team engineers on developing, maintaining, testing, and troubleshooting R&D System software.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Develop software using Agile/Scrum methodologies. </li><li>Follow company development processes. </li><li>Complete tasks on schedule and ensure customer satisfaction. </li><li>Communicate effectively with team members and departments. </li><li>Maintain knowledge of systems, products, and services. </li><li>Design, develop, and maintain code from client-side (JavaScript, HTML, CSS) to server-side (C# and ASP.NET). </li><li>Perform extensive software testing and debugging. </li><li>Document installation and configuration processes, ensuring applications are up to date. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>10+ years in Object-Oriented Programming. </li><li>5+ years of C# experience; some C & C++ experience. </li><li>Experience with C#, C++, and C, OOP principles, Agile/Scrum, Azure DevOps, web services, APIs, Microsoft Applications, and operating systems. </li><li>Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, verbal, and written communication skills. </li><li>Ability to work independently and in a team. </li><li>Eagerness to learn new technologies. </li></ul> <p>Educational Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in computer science required. </li></ul> <p>Additional Enhancements:</p> <ul> <li>Certifications: Consider relevant certifications such as AWS, AZ400, AZ300, MCAD, MCP. </li><li>Soft Skills: Highlight leadership, adaptability, and proactive problem-solving. </li><li>Projects: Include achievements demonstrating expertise and impact. </li></ul> <p>Meriden, CT is strongly preferred but will consider remote candidates.</p>
